High coverage (90%+) with errors: use Plex only to rebuild the Plex playlist from local files.
Download failures: open Failures for per-track reasons, then Retry to re-download only failed tracks.

When yt-dlp cannot find a track, the pipeline uses spotidownloader.com. Test the cached JWT here (fast). Deep test also calls /download for a known track (slower).
